To register for the Golfing Event please complete the
following 5 steps:
Step 1: Enter Team, Individual, Hole Sponsor or Donation Information;
Step 2: Using the drop-down menus, select the Item(s) and sizes to order;
Step 3: Select the "Submit" button below;
Step 4: Print a copy of the Golf Registration Form;
Step 5: Send the Printed Registration Form to:

Golf Carts: You may bring your own or rent one at the course. In order to have enough carts there, you must tell us in advance when you send in your registration how many carts you will need.
Registration fees may either be sent in now or paid the morning of the event.
